Microsoft sorry about Xbox Live

There was a serious problem concerning the Xbox Live, the reasons for the apparent lack of service is due to the amount of new users signing up for the service all at one time.

But the problem was that the service was down as such, it was intermittent which is probably even worse than the service being completely down! This is something that we have seen before with internet service providers when they do not take into consideration the amount users that are going to be using their service.

There is no real excuse that will cover the disappointment of the users, without whom the business would be in serious trouble.
