Apple following Microsoft’s lead

the history of both Apple and Microsoft have been in twinned since the early days when a PC was just an idea and software as we know it now was a mere dream, but despite all of the twists and turns of the two companies, Microsoft came out on top and changed the computing world forever.

But it seems that Apple may be following in those little Bill Gates footsteps and finally realising that if they are to survive they need to act like Microsoft and they seem to be doing a good job at it.

You only have to look at their products, the iPod to the iPhone, these items are not really ground breaking and you can certainly buy something that is the equivalent for a much cheaper price, but the Apple fans are willing to queue for hours if not days to spend their hard earned cash, as did Windows fans when XP cam out, is this a comparison or coincidence?
