Apple in trouble over data loss

There would appear to be a strange problem with the new Apple OS Leopard, this bug if you can call it that will in effect lose your data.

This will occur when moving documents, like when moving files you can either copy or move, but with this process its moving that may cause the problem. So as the file is in the process of being moved the file is being deleted from where it started, but should something happen to the file in between the transfer, both copies will be gone.

It is down the Finder which checks the process, but if there is a failure this is not noticed. Which is not very good when running a business that relies on up to date documentation?
