How many Linux users are there?

This is a sort of rhetorical question as the answer turns out to be all of us are using or have used Linux at some time, in fact it would seem that most of us are using some sort of Linux system every day.

This is something that we should be used it by now, but there is a sort of barrier up that prevents some people from admitting that they use a free piece of software.

You have used Linux if you have done any of the following:
Searches Google
Picks up a phone and uses telecommunication infrastructure
Watches a new television
Use a new camera
Makes a call on many modern cell phones
Trades a stock on a major exchange
Watches a weather forecast generated on a supercomputer
Logs into Face book
Navigates via air traffic control systems
Buys a netbook computer
Checks out at a cash register
Withdraws cash at an ATM machine
Fires up a quick-boot desktop (even those with Windows)
Uses one of many medical devices
