Apple sued over iPhone speed

For Apple this is law suit that will not go away, it keeps coming back but in the hands of different customers who have bought the iPhone only find that it does not match up with the performance and standards that they expect from Apple.

The complaints centre around the hairline cracks that are appearing on the casing of the iPhone and also the performance of the device is a lot slower than they were led to believe through marketing and other information.

The court cases spend a lot of time and space in their filings quoting sources from the internet; these include blog postings and threads seen on message boards. These often quote users of the iPhone who have had problems with the device.
