Netbook or ultra lite Laptop for 2009?
There is a wide range of computing equipment out there already and for some people the amount of choice is just too staggering. However, there is confusion out there between the netbook and the ultra lite laptop.
To many users they would not be able to tell the difference between the two as the only indicator is price, netbooks are normally priced at less than £300, whereas an ultra light laptop could cost as much £1,000.
Straightaway, there is a significant difference, but is that all? An ultra lite laptop would contain, Core 2 Duo processor, 64GB solid-state drive, and 12-inch (or 13-inch) LED screen, whereas the netbook is likely to have Atom processor, 16GB solid-state drive, and a 10-inch screen. You pay your money and take your choice.
