UK to read all texts and emails

The UK intelligence service must be finding things hard these days as they are turning their attentions to the general public, the governments listening post at GCHQ in Cheltenham want to monitor every single email, text message and web page viewed by everyone in the UK.

Not only that they want to keep these records on file for future use, just in case, there is something that pops up at some later date.

This project is going under the name of the Intercept Modernisation Programme; it is expected to get a mention in the forthcoming Queens Speech.

The project will kick off with a limited programme of live monitoring of mobile phones and personal computers, which is naturally going to make some scarred and some people think that the people of the UK are having their human rights violated.
