PS3 downloads limited

One of the great things about the PS3 is the function, which allows the user to download films from the Sony Video Store, this is idea for people who do not wish to be going out to the DVD rental store, but there is a slight problem ahead for users of the PS3.

Having bought your favourite films, the hard drive can soon fill up, meaning that something has to go, but you can always transfer it right. Yes, you can, but the official Sony line that you can download it and redownload it, but that is it.

The system will allow the film to be moved on three times, but it is becoming clear that once the film has been deleted from the system for any reason, that is it.

There are questions as to whether this is Sony’s doing, or that maybe the copyright holders have had a say in this practice when they made the content available to Sony.
