Do you Google your name?

There are not many things that are free these days, but one thing you can rely on is your own reputation, it follows all of the good work that you have done and any achievements that you may be able to use to your advantage, this is one that you are in total control of, or are you?

The internet today is full of blogs, wikis and social networking sites. All you have to do is upset the wrong person and your reputation will be shot to pieces forever. So that when somebody Google’s your name, they may find some unpleasant truths about you, no matter how true or untrue they really are.

However, relax, there are people out there now who are capitalising on this new phenomenon, these online reputation managers help individuals and indeed businesses that have a bad online image because of what other people has written about them.
