Improving the battery life of laptops

Laptops are great they enable us to work anywhere and at anytime, but the one thing that can actually put an end to the good that you are doing is the length of the battery life. This can vary from machine to machine and can be anything from under two hours to over three hours.

But surely there is something that can be done to preserve the battery life and enable the laptop to work for longer.

But there are some things that can be done which will allow your laptop battery to live on a bit longer and here they are:

Keep your processor working at a walking pace
Keep an eye on your wireless devices
Change your viewing habits
Don’t be tempted by movies
Kill unwanted background activities
Clean up after yourself

The only way to see if these work is try some of them yourself.
