Is changing XP for Vista an upgrade

It seems that although the revolutionary operating system Vista has not encouraged as many XP users as Microsoft would have originally hoped, whether this is true or not is another matter, what should surely concern them is the reason behind it, just simply cutting the price is not really the way to entice new customers.

There are so many stories from former XP users who have found that the upgrade is nothing of the sort as their set ups are thrown into chaos because of the extra work that the graphics put onto the computer, loading delays and applications that do not run properly or slower.

These stories that are coming from families and friends are what are wrong with Vista, so there is a need to address these issues, as this is what actually matters to people who use Windows where an upgrade would normally mean a much faster and safer computing experience, but in many cases this has not been the case.
